Delivery.
Raven hats are handmade with the highest level of craftsmanship. Our Collection pieces are specially made to order in our Lake District studio. Please note the delivery time on each product when shopping. We will notify you immediately if the order will take longer than what is estimated.
UK shipping rates: £8.95 for up to 1kg, £12.00 for up to 2kg, £26.75 for up to 10kg. All items within the United Kingdom are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed, which is a next-day service. We will email to let you know when your order has been sent, along with a tracking number.
INTERNATIONAL: EU shipping is £25 for up to 2kg, North America shipping with UPS is £30 for up to 2kg, and international shipping to the rest of the world is £40 for up to 2kg. Shipping is calculated by the weight of item(s), rather than by the number of items. PLEASE NOTE: It is the purchaser’s responsibility to pay all relevant import taxes, tariffs, and duties of the importing country when the item is delivered.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to provide the correct information including the delivery address. Raven Millinery accepts no liability or responsibility for any loss or damage sustained during shipping or for any shipping delays.
In a hurry?
If you are in a hurry for an item, it is sometimes possible to rush an order. We do charge an extra 15% fee for the rush order service to cover additional costs.
Please contact us before placing your order to confirm that delivery will be possible within the given time. It is very useful, if you require the item for a particular date, that the date of the occasion is added to the additional notes section of your order.
Returns.
Firstly, thank you for your support and for making a purchase from Raven Millinery. We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason the product you purchased does not meet your expectations, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund where possible, provided a returns note is requested from us within 7 days of receipt, and the items are returned to Raven Millinery within 14 days.
We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on products that have been made-to-order, bespoke or customised. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
To be eligible for a return, the following requirements will need to be met:
All returns must be in perfect condition and complete with their original tags still attached.
Your item must be unworn, unmarked or undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The cost of returning items is the responsibility of you, the purchaser, unless the item is faulty in which case a full refund will be issued including the initial and return postage costs.
If you are shipping an item over £50, we strongly recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance as we take no responsibility for the loss or damage of returned items in transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
A refund will be issued to the original account that was used for the purchase within 5 days of receipt of the return. This refund will include the full value of the items returned, excluding shipping costs and any taxes or import duties incurred.

Design and colour variations:
All Raven hats are completely handmade in our Lake District studio. The nature of this means orders may vary slightly, bringing individuality and a unique charm to each piece.
Natural materials such as feathers will almost always differ slightly from the sample. Such variations are not faults, and will not entitle customers to a refund or exchange unless the variation significantly affects the style or quality of the hat.
Colours are represented as close as possible on our online store. Please keep in mind colours may vary on computer screens. If you are unsure of a colour matching your outfit, please contact us for more information before you purchase.

To return your product, please mail your product back to: Raven Millinery, 72 Burneside Road, Kendal, Cumbria. LA9 4RT. We will email you on receipt of the goods to confirm that your return will be processed.
