Every bespoke commission starts with a conversation and ends with something made by hand in the Kendal studio — designed from scratch around you, your event and your outfit. No two commissions are the same.
We start with a short conversation about your event, outfit and the style you have in mind — by phone, video or in the studio.
Once we agree on the design direction, materials, and timeline, you'll receive a proposal and a deposit invoice to secure your commission.
I keep you updated and share progress where relevant and confirm your delivery date before we begin.
Studio fittings are available for clients nearby. Online consultations are available for remote clients and will receive clear fitting guidance.

Most bespoke commissions take 6 to 8 weeks from confirmed brief to delivery.
Around peak Ascot and bridal dates, slots fill early. We recommend booking as soon as your event date is confirmed to avoid disappointment.

Most commissions fall between £500 and £1,200+. Final pricing reflects the design, materials and complexity.
A deposit secures your studio slot and confirms the commission. The balance is due before delivery. Your quote and delivery date are confirmed at consultation.
Bespoke and Tailored pieces are made to order and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Tailored starts with an existing collection design and adjusts colour, trim or how it attaches. It is faster and lower investment.
Bespoke is designed from scratch around you and is never repeated. The right route for complete creative freedom, runway and editorial work, or a one‑of‑a‑kind commission.

Fittings are relaxed and simple. If you’re ordering remotely, online consultations and progress meetings are available, during which I share clear try‑on guidance.
All UK orders are shipped insured. International delivery is available on request.
