Delivery
Raven hats are handmade with the highest level of craftsmanship. Our Collection pieces are specially made to order in our Lake District studio. Please note the delivery time on each product when shopping. We will notify you immediately if the order will take longer than what is estimated.
UK shipping rates: £8.95 for up to 1kg, £12.00 for up to 2kg, £26.75 for up to 10kg. All items within the United Kingdom are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed, which is a next-day service. We will email to let you know when your order has been sent, along with a tracking number.
INTERNATIONAL: EU shipping is £25 for up to 2kg, North America shipping with UPS is £30 for up to 2kg, and international shipping to the rest of the world is £40 for up to 2kg. Shipping is calculated by the weight of item(s), rather than by the number of items. PLEASE NOTE: It is the purchaser’s responsibility to pay all relevant import taxes, tariffs, and duties of the importing country when the item is delivered.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to provide the correct information including the delivery address. Raven Millinery accepts no liability or responsibility for any loss or damage sustained during shipping or for any shipping delays.
In a hurry?
If you are in a hurry for an item, it is sometimes possible to rush an order. We do charge an extra 15% fee for the rush order service to cover additional costs.
Please contact us before placing your order to confirm that delivery will be possible within the given time. It is very useful, if you require the item for a particular date, that the date of the occasion is added to the additional notes section of your order.
